"My Fault" by Mars Grass
Mars grass is a three piece rock band, often confused as a blues grass band because of the word grass in the name. They play original music with a style that swings in and out of fiery folk, blues and punk. This is the first band that (the lead singer, song writer, guitarist) Steve Child has played in. Electric Howie, on bass, is in several bands in the area (Frequent Flyers, Liquid Platinum, Cool aid Testers & the Road Runners). Juan Dillard, on drums, is a studio drummer that has been involved with many band projects in the past. He’s played with Mars Grass since May of this year.
This song was recorded 6/28/2011 at [New Riot Productions (541) 743-6742] as part of a discella (a three song CD) called Tragedy Trilogy.
Mars Grass will be doing the Festival circuit through July, but look for them in the Weekly for shows in Eugene for August., and see them at ‘the Roosters Blues Jam On the River’ at Maurie Jacobs Park Friday August 12th.
